About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Cummins entered a 15-year virtual power purchase agreement supporting the expansion of the Meadow Lake Wind Farm in Indiana by 75 MW. The VPPA provides renewable energy certificates equivalent to the electricity used at all Cummins Indiana facilities, reducing Scope 2 emissions through contracted renewables. Evidence: "Cummins has entered into an agreement that will help a northwest Indiana (U.S.A) wind farm expand, producing low-carbon power for the grid equal to the amount of electricity the company uses at all of its Indiana facilities." — https://www.cummins.com/news/2017/08/16/cummins-partners-with-wind-farm-expand-low-carbon-energy
