About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

MHI installed approximately 12 MW solar power generation facilities at Mihara Machinery Works (including Wadaoki Plant) in partnership with Chugoku Electric to achieve 100% renewable electricity and carbon neutrality at the site. Energy efficiency and streamlining measures were also implemented, resulting in over 97% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to FY2021. Evidence: "At Mihara Machinery Works, which is positioned as a pilot plant for achieving carbon neutrality, we have installed a 12MW solar power generation facility that can de-fossilize all electricity demand at the plant... Total CO2 emissions from the Works have been reduced by more than 97% compared with FY2021 through the installation of solar power systems, and efforts in energy conservation and streamlining." — https://www.mhi.com/sustainability/environment/climate_tcfd.html

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
