About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Southern Power, a subsidiary of Southern Company, is developing and expanding the Millers Branch Solar Facility in Haskell County, Texas, adding phases totaling over 500 MW of solar capacity. The project involves acquisition from EDF Renewables and construction led by Southern Power, with electricity and RECs sold under long-term PPAs. It contributes to Southern Power's renewable fleet for clean energy generation. Evidence: "Southern Power, a leading U.S. wholesale energy provider and subsidiary of Southern Company, today announced an additional expansion of its 29th solar project — Millers Branch Solar Facility. The Phase III expansion will account for an added 132-megawatts (MW) from the previous Phase I and Phase II expansion of 200 MW and 180 MW respectively." — https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/southern-power-announces-further-expansion-of-millers-branch-solar-facility-in-texas-302312607.html
