About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Daio Paper Corporation is constructing a new high-chlorine fuel-compatible recycling power generation facility at its Mishima Mill to replace coal boilers, using waste-derived fuels. The project involves ~27.2 billion yen investment (including ~8 billion yen government subsidy) and aims to shut down at least one coal boiler by FY2030 as part of the carbon neutrality roadmap. — https://www.nikkei.com/article/DGXZQOUC0796K0X01C25A0000000/
