About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Asahi Kasei is installing a facility at its Mizushima Works to produce ethylene, propylene and other basic chemicals from bioethanol using Revolefin technology as part of a joint effort to decarbonize ethylene production in western Japan by switching to low-carbon feedstock. Evidence: "Utilizing the HtA Support Program, an initial facility to manufacture ethylene, propylene, and other decarbonized basic chemicals from bioethanol by applying the Revolefin™ technology, which is currently under development by Asahi Kasei, will be installed at the Mizushima Works of Asahi Kasei." — https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260127526951/en/Asahi-Kasei-Mitsui-Chemicals-and-Mitsubishi-Chemical-enter-basic-agreement-to-promote-decarbonization-of-ethylene-production-in-western-Japan
