About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Monolith Materials is expanding its operations with the Olive Creek 2 facility in Hallam, Nebraska, utilizing methane pyrolysis technology to produce carbon black and ammonia without direct CO2 emissions. Building on the success of Olive Creek 1, which has been operational since 2021, the project aims to achieve a capacity of 190 kt/yr carbon black and 275 kt/yr ammonia, with production targeted for 2024-2025. This initiative is part of broader global expansion efforts, including partnerships such as the MOU with SK Inc. in Korea.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
