About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Tata Chemicals Europe operates the UK's first at-scale carbon capture and utilisation facility at its Northwich site. The plant captures CO2 from its combined heat and power plant and utilises it onsite to produce food and pharmaceutical-grade sodium bicarbonate, displacing externally sourced CO2. Evidence: "TATA Chemicals Europe’s (TCE) Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) plant in Northwich is a landmark achievement. As the first of its kind in the UK, this facility captures and purifies up to 40,000 tonnes of CO2 annually" — https://cefic.org/case-study/innovative-carbon-capture-transforming-co2-emissions-in-the-uk/

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
