O2 Telefónica signed a 15-year power purchase agreement with Iberdrola to procure 3,000 GWh of renewable electricity annually from the 476 MW Baltic Eagle offshore wind farm in Germany. The agreement supports powering over 8,000 of O2 Telefónica's mobile base stations and advances the company's net-zero goals through contracted renewables for its own operations.
