About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Toyo Kohan concluded an off-site PPA with Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc. (in cooperation with Ecostyle Co., Ltd. and Sainosakaki Co., Ltd.) for a 64 MW agricultural solar power plant. Electricity and environmental value will supply the Kudamatsu Plant, targeting ~20% renewable replacement by FY2030. Evidence: "Toyo Kohan has concluded an off-site PPA *1 agreement with Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc. ... will develop a new agricultural solar power plant with a total capacity of 64 MW and supply the generated electricity and environmental value to the Kudamatsu Plant. ... expected to reduce GHG emissions by approximately 25,000 tons per year." — https://www.tskg-hd.com/en/sustainability/environment/decarbonization/
