About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Mitsubishi Estate owns Logicross Zama logistics facility (completed November 2023) with rooftop solar panels. Starting April 2025, excess renewable power is shared via an off-site physical corporate PPA scheme with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. to supply the Marunouchi-Nakadori Building in Tokyo, enabling direct renewable use across the company's portfolio for Scope 2 reductions. Evidence: "In 2025, Mitsubishi Estate began power sharing utilizing an off-site physical corporate PPA scheme with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. Starting in April 2025, the excess renewable power generated by solar panels installed on the roof of Logicross Zama (Zama, Kanagawa Prefecture, completed in November 2023), a logistics facility owned by the Group, is being transmitted to the Marunouchi-Nakadori Building (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)." — https://mec.disclosure.site/e/sustainability/activities/environment/climate-change/
