URW installed 448 solar panels on the rooftop of Westfield Chodov shopping center in Prague, producing around 186 MWh of renewable power annually. Additional solar capacity added in 2025 includes 450 kWp at the site as part of broader on-site renewable strategy reaching 32 MWp installed. This reduces Scope 2 emissions from the asset's operations.
