About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

California Water Service signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with EDP Renewables North America for a 1.75 MWac / 2.35 MWdc onsite solar photovoltaic array at its Northeast Bakersfield Treatment Plant. The project provides on-site distributed solar power to reduce the utility's long-term environmental footprint through contracted renewables in its own operations. It is part of broader efforts to procure renewable energy and lower Scope 2 emissions. Evidence: "Power purchase agreement will provide Cal Water with 20 years of on-site distributed solar power at key Bakersfield District treatment facility." — https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/edp-renewables-north-america-announces-20-year-ppa-with-california-water-service-302511888.html
