About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Lockheed Martin expanded its existing on-site solar installation at the Palmdale, California facility (Skunk Works) to a 20 MW ground-mounted solar farm. The project powers the company's own aeronautics operations and is the largest net energy metering project in Southern California Edison's service area. It builds on a 1 MW system operational since 2016. Evidence: "a 20-megawatt, ground-mounted solar farm that is the largest Net Energy Metering project in Southern California Edison’s 50,000-square-mile service area. The 130-acre farm is helping to power Lockheed Martin’s famed Skunk Works" — https://energized.edison.com/stories/sce-teams-with-lockheed-martin-on-huge-solar-farm-expansion
