About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
IndianOil's Panipat Refinery has been certified under ISCC CORSIA for co-processing used cooking oil into sustainable aviation fuel. Production of approximately 35,000 tonnes per annum of SAF is targeted starting end-2025, enabling lower-carbon aviation fuel supply and reducing emissions in the fuel value chain. Evidence: "IndianOil’s Panipat refinery has received international certification to convert used cooking oil from homes and restaurants into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) ... The refinery will start producing some 35,000 tonnes per annum of SAF from the end of the calendar year." — https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/cooking-oil-to-aviation-fuel-indianoils-panipat-refinery-bags-global-certification-35000-tonnes-saf-production-targeted-by-year-end/articleshow_new/123342719.cms
