About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
WesCEF partnered with APA Group on a feasibility study for large-scale green hydrogen production south of Kwinana using renewable electricity, transported via APA’s Parmelia Gas Pipeline to decarbonise WesCEF’s Kwinana ammonia plant. The study, funded in part by ARENA, was completed in 2024 following a pre-feasibility MoU in 2022. Evidence: "APA and WesCEF are undertaking a feasibility study to assess the viability of large-scale production and transportation of renewable hydrogen to WesCEF’s ammonia production facilities at the Kwinana Industrial Area south of Perth, via the southern section of APA’s existing Parmelia Gas Pipeline (PGP)." — https://arena.gov.au/projects/parmelia-green-hydrogen-project-feasibility-study/
