Catalyze will construct and operate a 6.6 MW DC solar facility and 5 MWh battery storage system on leased land at Plains All American Pipeline's Patoka Terminal in Vernon, Illinois. Plains will purchase the generated renewable electricity under a 25-year power purchase agreement to power terminal operations and reduce its carbon footprint.
