About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Repsol is installing a 100 MW electrolyzer at its Petronor refinery in Muskiz, Spain, to produce up to 15,000 tons of renewable hydrogen per year for use in refinery processes. This project is part of Repsol's industrial decarbonization strategy and the Basque Hydrogen Corridor. Evidence: "The electrolyzer will have the capacity to produce up to 15,000 tons of renewable hydrogen per year, which will mainly be used in processes at the Petronor the refinery itself... it will prevent the emission of up to 167,000 tons of CO₂ per year" — https://www.repsol.com/en/press-room/press-releases/2026/repsol-installs-second-100-MW-electrolyzer-petronor/index.cshtml
