About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
PreZero Spain and Cepsa entered a strategic partnership to jointly develop biomethane plants from organic waste, with the first project being a plant of up to 100 GWh annual capacity at Cepsa's site in Palos de la Frontera (Huelva). PreZero, which produced 75% of Spain's biomethane in 2023, will supply biomethane preferentially and recover waste for 2G biofuels. Evidence: "Cepsa announced July 2 that it has signed a strategic partnership with PreZero Spain that will enable both companies to advance in their decarbonization objectives. Under the agreement, PreZero Spain will supply biomethane from some of its projects to Cepsa, and the two companies will jointly develop biomethane plants." — https://www.biobased-diesel.com/post/cepsa-prezero-spain-seal-major-partnership-to-recover-waste-for-production-of-biomethane-other-bio
