About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Full-scale offshore CO2 storage project led by INEOS Energy in the Danish North Sea, with initial commercial capacity of up to 400,000 tonnes CO2 per year, scaling to 4-8 million tonnes. Involves capture, transport via dedicated vessel, and permanent storage in depleted oil field; operational as EU's first full-scale site. Evidence: "On 18 September, His Majesty King Frederik X of Denmark officially opened the first full-scale CO₂ storage site in the EU. The Greensand CO₂ storage facility is led by INEOS Energy, with partners Harbour Energy and the Danish North Sea Fund (Nordsøfonden)." — https://www.ineos.com/news/ineos-opens-the-first-full-scale-co%E2%82%82-storage-site-in-the-eu/
