About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Prologis has deployed over 1 GW of on-site rooftop solar and battery storage capacity across more than 500 buildings in 17 countries on its owned logistics properties. This directly reduces Scope 2 emissions from Prologis operations and supports decarbonization in its tenants' value chains through behind-the-meter renewable power. The program reached 626 MW by end of 2024 and surpassed 1 GW in 2025, on track with the company's 1 GW goal by end of 2025. Evidence: "Rooftop solar and storage installations on Prologis Inc's (NYSE: PLD) buildings can now generate 500 megawatts (MW) of energy – a significant milestone that puts the company halfway to its one gigawatt (GW) of solar supported by storage by 2025 goal." — https://www.prologis.com/insights-news/press-releases/prologis-hits-500-megawatt-solar-milestone-halfway-one-gigawatt-goal
