Agreements signed for the sale of Eletrobras' remaining 2.1 GW thermoelectric (gas) portfolio to Âmbar Energia group, completing the exit from fossil fuel generation assets to achieve 100% renewable generation and reduce Scope 1 emissions in own operations. Evidence: "In June 2024, we signed agreements with the Âmbar Energia S.A. group for the sale of the company’s remaining thermoelectric portfolio, which totals 2.1 GW of installed capacity. ...
