Chunghwa Telecom signed power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Helios Power Co., Ltd. and Foxwell Power Co., Ltd. to procure 72.53 million kWh of renewable energy in 2024, supported by 72,527 T-RECs. This contracted renewable supply increases the company's renewable energy ratio as part of its RE100 commitment and reduces Scope 2 emissions from electricity use.
