About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

CoStar Group is developing a 750,000 square-foot expansion to its Richmond campus, targeting LEED Net Zero and WELL Platinum certifications. The project includes on-site photovoltaic panels expected to generate 1,300 MWh annually for building needs and EV chargers, plus plans for a renewable energy PPA with a local provider. Construction is underway with completion targeted for 2026. Evidence: "To support LEED Net Zero designation, we plan to source renewable energy through a power purchase agreement with a local energy provider and build photovoltaic panels (PV) in the building’s facade, canopies, and rooftops. The PV panels are expected to collect 1,300 megawatt-hours of energy" — https://www.costargroup.com/sites/costargroup.com/files/2025-04/CoStar%20Group-Corporate%20Responsibility%20Report-2025.pdf
