About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Phillips 66 converted its San Francisco Refinery in Rodeo, California, from crude oil processing to renewable fuels production using waste oils, fats, greases and vegetable oils. The project reduces the facility's greenhouse gas emissions through process redesign and low-carbon feedstocks. Evidence: "The Phillips 66 Rodeo Renewed project would produce 680 million gallons annually of renewable diesel, renewable gasoline, and sustainable jet fuel. ... Conversion is expected to reduce the plant’s greenhouse gas emissions by 50%" — https://investor.phillips66.com/financial-information/news-releases/news-release-details/2020/Phillips-66-Plans-to-Transform-San-Francisco-Refinery-into-Worlds-Largest-Renewable-Fuels-Plant/default.aspx
