About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

TSMC signed a 20-year corporate PPA to offtake 100% of the power from Ørsted's 920 MW Greater Changhua 2b & 4 offshore wind farm in Taiwan. This contracted renewable energy project supports TSMC's RE100 and net-zero goals by decarbonizing its Scope 2 emissions from semiconductor manufacturing operations. Evidence: "TSMC will offtake the full production from Ørsted’s 920MW Greater Changhua 2b & 4 offshore wind farm, making it the largest-ever contract of its kind within renewable energy." — https://orsted.tw/en/news/2020/07/orsted-tsmc-cppa
