About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

On-site solar PV plants installed on SABESP wastewater treatment and water facilities across São Paulo state for self-consumption. The program includes 33+ plants operational with total capacity exceeding 46 MW as of late 2025, expanding toward 44 plants and 60 MW by 2026. Energy generated offsets grid electricity purchases, reducing Scope 2 emissions. Evidence: "A Sabesp inaugurou nesta terça-feira (02/02), no município de Orindiúva, a primeira Usina Fotovoltaica do Programa de Geração Distribuída da Companhia." — https://investsp.org.br/noticias/sabesp-inaugura-primeira-usina-de-geracao-de-energia-solar/
