About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Petrobras operates the world's largest offshore CCUS project by annual reinjection volume in its Santos Basin pre-salt fields. CO2 is separated from produced natural gas on FPSOs and reinjected into reservoirs for storage and enhanced oil recovery, directly reducing Scope 1 emissions from its upstream operations. The program has been operational since 2008/2010 with 22 FPSOs equipped for capture and reinjection. Evidence: "Petrobras has tucked a new carbon dioxide (CO2) reinjection milestone in the Santos Basin pre-salt layer under its belt, thanks to 22 floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessels capturing and reinjecting CO2 off the coast of Brazil. ... 14.2 million tons of CO2 were reinjected into the Santos Basin pre-salt reservoirs last year" — https://www.offshore-energy.biz/22-fpsos-in-brazils-pre-salt-enable-petrobras-to-break-c02-reinjection-record/
