Installation of a new high-efficiency recovery boiler at the Setúbal industrial complex as part of the Decarbonisation Roadmap. The project reduces direct fossil CO2 emissions by replacing less efficient equipment and supports biomass utilization in pulp production processes. Evidence: "The new boiler, which comes at a total investment cost of €154.7 million, will enable Navigator to reduce direct fossil carbon dioxide emissions at the Setúbal industrial complex by around 136 000 tonnes a year, equivalent to 24.6% of the group’s emissions in 2022." — https://www.eib.org/en/press/all/2023-554-portugal-eib-supports-navigator-with-eur115-million-loan-to-speed-up-decarbonisation-investment
