About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Ongoing fleet renewal programme where Singapore Airlines Group adds new-generation aircraft such as Airbus A350-900, Boeing 787-10 and retires older models. In FY2024/25, 12 new-generation aircraft were added, increasing the share to over 70% of the operating fleet; these aircraft are around 25% more fuel efficient than predecessors, directly cutting Scope 1 emissions from own operations. Evidence: "In FY2024/25, the Group added 12 new-generation aircraft and retired seven older aircraft from its operating fleet. As a result of its ongoing fleet renewal programme, the percentage of new-generation aircraft in the Group’s operating fleet rose to over 70% at the end of FY2024/25... The SIA Group continued to invest in fuel-efficient aircraft, such as the Airbus A350s and Boeing 787s, which are around 25% more fuel efficient than the older generation aircraft that they replace on similar missions." — https://www.singaporeair.com/content/dam/sia/web-assets/pdfs/about-us/information-for-investors/annual-report/sustainabilityreport2425.pdf
