About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
The Grey2Green-II project, developed by Petrogal S.A. (part of Galp Energia), involves a 200 MW PEM electrolyser at the Sines Refinery in Portugal to produce RFNBO green hydrogen using renewable electricity from solar and wind PPAs and the grid. The hydrogen will replace over 30% of the refinery's grey hydrogen, feeding refining processes and avoiding over 1.47 million tons of CO2 emissions in the first 10 years of operation.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
