Sibanye-Stillwater committed to a 10-year PPA for 75MW from a 150MWac multi-buyer solar PV project developed by SOLA Group in the Free State, wheeled via Eskom. Construction began December 2023 with commercial operation scheduled for Q3 2025, part of the dedicated renewable portfolio for SA operations. Evidence: "The second project is a multi-buyer 150 MWac solar photovoltaic project developed and financed by SOLA Group, a South African IPP.
