MERLIN Properties signed long-term PPAs with Solaria Energía for solar power and battery storage to supply its data centers in Madrid, Spain. The agreements include a 40-year PPA for 426 MWp of photovoltaic generation and a 10-year contract for 600 MWh of BESS, providing contracted renewable energy directly for the company's operations.
