About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Dole Fresh Vegetables installed and activated two General Electric 2.8-MW wind turbines at its salad processing plant in Soledad, California. The turbines generate clean electricity primarily for the facility with excess fed to the grid, offsetting a significant portion of the site's energy use. This on-site renewable project reduces Scope 2 emissions in Dole's own operations.
