About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
As part of Walmart’s Gigaton PPA accelerator cohort, The J.M. Smucker Company committed to 22 MW offtake from Ørsted’s Sunflower Wind Farm (76 turbines) in Marion County, Kansas. This aggregated renewable energy purchase supports the company's transition to cleaner energy and Scope 2 emissions reductions. Evidence: "In 2021, we announced our involvement as part of the first cohort of suppliers to participate in Walmart’s renewable energy accelerator, Gigaton PPA. Our participation constituted 22MW of renewable energy offtake as part of the 76-wind turbine Sunflower Wind Farm in Marion Country, Kansas." — https://www.jmsmucker.com/news-stories/blog-archive/promoting-renewable-energy
