About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

TarraCO2-Storage aims to unlock 54 million tonnes of CO2 storage capacity for hard-to-abate industries in North-Eastern Spain, located 45 km offshore Tarragona. The project will store 2 Mtpa of CO2 equivalent, reducing regional emissions by 30% and fostering a CCUS ecosystem with innovative monitoring technologies. It serves as a replicable model for industrial decarbonization and CO2 hub development.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
