About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Tencent operates a distributed new energy microgrid at its Tianjin High-Tech Cloud Data Center that generates on-site solar power connected to the public grid. The project supplies zero-carbon electricity directly to Tencent's own data center operations, reducing Scope 2 emissions from company-owned facilities. Evidence: "The distributed new energy microgrid project started to generate electricity in our Tianjin High-Tech Data Center in January 2024. An annual production of 12 million kilowatt-hours of zero-carbon green electricity." — https://www.tencent.com/en-us/articles/2201784.html
