About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
WestRock (now Smurfit Westrock) signed two virtual power purchase agreements with ENGIE North America for solar projects in Texas (Bernard Creek 230 MW and another ~75 MW allocation). The projects supply renewable energy credits to reduce the company's Scope 2 emissions and are now operational. Evidence: "The VPPAs are designed to add renewable energy to the US energy grid and mark a step forward in WestRock's commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions." — https://ir.westrock.com/press-releases/press-release-details/2023/WestRock-and-ENGIE-Sign-Agreement-to-Add-Renewable-Energy-to-U.S.-Grid/default.aspx
