About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Project ELAN will upscale Vianode's innovative closed furnace graphitization technology to commercial scale, producing premium synthetic graphite anode materials for EV batteries with 100% relative GHG emission avoidance compared to reference scenarios. It will avoid over 7 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent emissions in the first ten years, powering approximately 846,000 electric vehicles annually. The initiative supports Europe's battery value chain autonomy, circular recycling, and job creation up to 700 positions.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
