Compass Group Austria partners with Münzer to collect and convert cooking waste and used cooking oil from over 60 B&I sites into biodiesel. In 2022, 39,629kg of used cooking oil was repurposed, saving 108,208kg of CO2 through this waste-to-energy fuel switching initiative.
