About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Construction and commissioning of a 34 MW exhaust gas turbine heat and power plant at Apatit's Volkhov branch utilizing process steam from sulphuric acid production for in-house electricity generation. This energy efficiency project increases self-sufficiency and reduces reliance on external power, cutting Scope 2 emissions. Completed and ramped up in 2022. Evidence: "The key driver in 2022 was the completion of construction and the ramp-up of the heat and power plant in Volkhov to its design capacity." — https://ar2022.phosagro.com/pdf/ar/en/operational-performance_environmental-review.pdf
