About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Keysight signed a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Southern Power to acquire renewable energy credits from a 39 MW portion of the Phase III expansion at the Millers Branch Solar Facility in Texas. The long-term agreement matches 100% of Keysight’s electricity consumption in the United States with new solar generation. Evidence: "Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS), signed a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Southern Power, a leading U.S. wholesale energy provider and subsidiary of Southern Company, to acquire renewable energy credits produced by a 39 megawatt (MW) portion of the Phase III expansion at the Millers Branch Solar Facility." — https://www.keysight.com/us/en/about/newsroom/news-releases/2025/0123-pr25-018-keysight-signs-virtual-power-purchase-agreement-for-renewable-energy-development.html
