About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

ORLEN has constructed and operates a hydrogen production facility (HUB Włocławek) using electrolysis to produce automotive-quality hydrogen from renewable electricity. It is part of ORLEN's network of hydrogen hubs to supply low-carbon hydrogen for its own refining operations, mobility, and industrial use, reducing Scope 1 and 3 emissions in its value chain. Evidence: "The scope of the project includes the construction of a low-emission automotive quality hydrogen production facility (HUB Włocławek) and three public 24/7 hydrogen refuelling stations (Poznań, Katowice, Wałbrzych), which have been put into operation." — https://www.orlen.pl/content/dam/internet/orlen/pl/en/sustainable-development/transition-projects/hydrogen/Hydrogen-Projects-Portfolio-ORLEN.pdf

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
