About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Stellantis operates a hybrid on-site renewable energy installation at its Zaragoza (Figueruelas) plant in Spain, combining solar PV and wind turbines with plans for battery storage. The project supplies a significant portion of the plant's electricity needs through self-generation, supporting decarbonization of manufacturing operations (Scope 2). Phases include solar and wind hybridization targeting up to 80% self-consumption. Evidence: "The hybrid wind-solar project in Zaragoza will avoid 14,800 tons of CO2 emissions annually (equivalent to planting 189,000 trees) and generate over 126,000 MWh" — https://www.stellantis.com/en/sustainability/carbon-net-zero-strategy/industrial-and-sites
