About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

On-site 100 MW solar photovoltaic power plant under construction at the Cardinal Namdini gold mine in Ghana's Upper East Region to supply renewable electricity for mining operations. The project incorporates solar-agriculture synergy allowing crop cultivation under panels. It is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by an estimated 92,000 tonnes annually. Evidence: "its 100MW solar photovoltaic power plant under construction in the Upper East Region would reduce carbon dioxide emissions by an estimated 92,000 tonnes annually. The project also incorporates a “solar–agriculture synergy” system" — https://www.modernghana.com/news/1456196/shandong-gold-invests-in-solar-power-and-local.html
