About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Hulic and Clean Energy Connect formed a joint venture to develop and operate approximately 800 small-scale non-FIT solar power plants totaling about 70 MW. The electricity will be supplied to Hulic Group facilities via Hulic Energy Solutions under off-site corporate PPAs to support the company's RE100 achievement and 100% renewable electricity target for company-owned buildings by 2029. Evidence: "The portfolio is expected to generate around 73 GWh of clean power annually, equivalent to approximately 20% of the annual electricity consumption of the Hulic Group." — https://renewablesnow.com/news/hulic-clean-energy-connect-agree-70-mw-of-offsite-solar-ppas-in-japan-1293249/
