About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Asahi Kasei Homes (subsidiary) achieved 100% renewable electricity procurement in FY2023 through installation of solar PV systems on Hebel Haus homes and Hebel Maison apartments, combined with purchasing and utilizing surplus post-FIT solar power via its Hebel Power service for its own offices, plants, and showrooms. This was the first such achievement by a Japanese homebuilder and supports decarbonization of the group's operations and value chain. Evidence: "As a result, Asahi Kasei Homes achieved its RE100 goal in fiscal 2023—well ahead of its original 2038 target—becoming the first home builder in Japan to do so." — https://www.asahi-kasei.com/sustainability/environment/climate_change/
