Barclays signed a 10-year PPA with bp to source up to 250 GWh of renewable electricity annually for its UK operations, backed by Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin. This contracted renewable energy supply supports decarbonization of Scope 2 emissions in Barclays' own real estate portfolio.
