About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Waste Connections subsidiary owns the Bethlehem Landfill in Pennsylvania where Archaea Energy (bp subsidiary) built and operates an RNG plant converting captured landfill gas to pipeline-quality renewable natural gas. The plant came online in July 2023, reducing direct methane emissions from the landfill operations. Evidence: "Archaea Energy, a subsidiary of bp (NYSE: BP), and Waste Connections, Inc. celebrate the opening of their first renewable natural gas (RNG) plant in Pennsylvania. The plant is adjacent to the Bethlehem Landfill in Lower Saucon Township owned by a Waste Connections subsidiary and came online in July." — https://www.bp.com/en_us/united-states/home/news/press-releases/archaea-energy-and-waste-connections-celebrate-opening-of-renewable-gas-plant-in-pennsylvania.html
