About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Bio-Hydrogen Demonstration Plant project aims to install and operate a large pilot plant at Southern Oil Refining's facility near Gladstone, Queensland, to produce 20 kilograms per hour of hydrogen from waste gases using steam-over-iron with chemical looping combustion (SOI-CLC). This enables on-site hydrogen use in refinery processes and potential excess production for electricity generation via a fuel cell. The project is currently archived and undergoing technical and engineering redesign, with no recent updates indicating resumption.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
