Long-term PPA valued at approximately R$1 billion with Casa dos Ventos for solar power from the Paraíso photovoltaic complex in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. Approximately 240 MW allocated to Carrefour Brazil, covering 25% of its energy needs in the country, with supply starting in 2027 for 10 years.
